Semi Personal Training (SPT) was developed to expand the number of people who can afford to be professionally trained and allows us to make positive changes in even more people’s lives. Training programs are individualized based on needs and goals. Program progression is mapped and evaluated by the trainers with a structure that allows us to work with up to 5 clients at the same time. Semi Personal training is most recommended for those who have had one- on -one personal training as downgrade after the foundational work has been laid.
